Delivery times vary by country; please refer to the shipping page at checkout. * Ensure you provide the correct phone number with your shipping address. * Overseas orders may face delays due to customs clearance, potentially taking up to two weeks. Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Packages: * If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or phone number, it will be returned to HOEA at the customer's expense. * If the customer is absent during delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local courier centre. Failure to pick it up will result in it being returned to HOEA at the customer's expense. * International customers refusing receipt of a package will have it returned to HOEA at their expense, including shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. These amounts will be deducted from the refund. * Packages held at customs for 30 days will be deemed abandoned, forfeiting the right to an exchange or refund. Customs and Duties: * The recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. * If the recipient refuses the parcel, it will be returned to the HOEA and will not be reshipped. You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. Please contact us via support@hollowearth.com before requesting the cancellation. The refund will be applied to the original payment method within 0-3 business days. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if Customers ordered the wrong size or simply do not want the item it will be returned to the customer at their expense. An item is eligible for return/exchange if: 1. The return items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused, with all tags attached. 2. We reserve the right to refuse return requests that are made after the 5-day return period, or items that show signs of wear, or do not meet the above criteria. 3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any reverse duties. HOEA will not be held liable for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit. 4. Once we receive and inspect the returned clothing item, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Before shipping the return package, please take a picture of it with the shipping label, and send us the tracking number and relevant information via email to process the return. In the email, please include your order number and provide photo evidence of the return products in their original condition with the packaging and tags. 2. Proof of purchase is required before returning an item. 3. The return address will be provided in the email. 4. Send us the tracking number for your return to expedite the return process. Return Shipping Costs: * The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). * If the return is due to our error, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a prepaid return shipping label.
